Which is a compatible Blast version?

Hello everybody. Which is a Blast version which is guaranteed to be compatible with Megan ? I use 2.4.0+ and MEGAN can not parse text format or XML for blastx vs nr.

Please give me access to two small files that exhibit the problem and I will adjust the parsers in MEGAN if necessary
