Where to get and load CARD mapping file?

Hi,

I would like to identify antibiotic resistance genes in my metagenomic dataset. When I click on meganize daa file, it provides a tab for CARD database but there is no description of that tab in the manual. Any assistance will be appreciated. Thanks.

Yes, CARD is currently missing from the mapping database, we will add it with the next update of the mapping database, which will happen before the end of the year

Hi Dr. Huson,
Thanks a lot for the update. Actually, I have the diamond files ready and mapping the alignments to CARD and VFDB databases is an integral part for me. would it be possible to have an expected date for release of both? It would help me to setup my analysis timeline.
