How much time will require for taxonomic binning ,I have uploaded rma file and acc2tax.abin file on the software, I installed the Megan CE with default setting and having only 170000 reads alignment on dda file.software been running for 30 hours till now

that sounds like sth is seriously wrong, how much memory did you give Megan?
You can meganize your daa file with a daa-meganizer that you can find in tools,
