Using "blast2lca" on PacBio assembly

Hey all!

I am interested in using “blast2lca” on PacBio assembly data after diamond blast search. I checked the help page, but I cannot find any option specific for long reads data. Does it not matter if its long read assembly or not after diamond output is generated? “daa-meganizer” on the other hand does have “long read” option. Any suggestions?

Please do not use blast2rma. That is a special-purpose program that does not prepare data for use with MEGAN. The correct program to use is either daa-meganizer.
