Is it possible to import a sorted list of taxonomic information in Megan and make a taxonomic plot with that same sorted order.?
The taxonomic tree has a fixed ordering of nodes in MEGAN.
So you would like to be able to specify a new ordering of the taxa and have the tree rotate as much as possible so as to coincide with your given ordering?
Algorithmically, that would be easy to do and I could look into implementing that.
