Hi there,
I have imported kraken2 (mpa style format) reports into MEGAN6 without issue. I then used the compare function to explore comparisons between the samples, and now wish to export the comparisons as a BIOM file to explore further in R.
Unfortionately, when ever I highlight all the nodes i’m interested in (all bacterial taxa) and export as BIOM, the .biom file is 0KB and appears to have nothing in it.
Is there something I am doing wrong?
