I wanted to test the new ‘weighted LCA’ parameter avaliable in MALT v0.38.
In the manual, in Figure 2, the flag is recorded as “-wLCA”. This flag doesn’t work as written when trying to run MALT.
Whereas, in the help option on MALT itself, the flag is recorded as “-wlca”. This works correctly.
I also presume this is also applicable for the weighted LCA percent flag.
