SAM import with wLCA hanging up

Hi,

I’m trying to import a SAM file from a mapping to Uniprot via the interface. When I try to use wLCA the import doesn’t happen or maybe it takes very long to run. The SAM file has some 700k reads.

Using Weighted LCA algorithm for binning: Taxonomy
Using 'Weighted LCA' assignment (80.0 %) on Taxonomy
null

Am I doing something wrong or what could be the issue? Any insight on the run time? The import works fine with naive LCA.
Going to try from command line…

Looks like a bug, “null” points to a null pointer exception being thrown…
I will look into this if you give me access to a small example exhibiting the problem…
