RefSeq release 83 database for diamond blastp search

Hello,
I have used Diamond blastp search before with NCBI NR database and could them analyse by MEGAN without any troubles.
Now I would like to use Diamond blastp files with NCBI RefSeq release 83 database but can’t analyse them in Megan 6.8.18. All reads are Not assigned.
Does somebody know whether Megan can handle Diamond blastp files which were searched against the RefSeq release 83 database?

Do you use the current mapping files which map NCBI Accessions (not GI )?

Hi Sina,
Thanks for pointing this out. I used the GI file.
I will try with the latest NCBI accession file.
That might be the reason that it didn’t work.
