Problem exporting biom file after SEED annotation

Hello everyone,

I have problems exporting .biom files after I perform SEED annotation. MEGAN creates a file but when I try to upload it to R is says :" Error in validObject(.Object) :
invalid class “biom” object: Some data fields for this dense biom format do not have the expected number columns: 6 "

After I check the file with biom-format, it also says that file is not a valid biom file.

The same files with taxonomy annotation can be exoprted to .biom and are working well. Does anyne know what might be wrong?
