Presentage in co-occurence plot

Dear Dr. Daniel,

As we know MEGAN can create co-occurence plot to show co-presence and anti-presence of taxa in samples. Is it possible to know how many percent is co-presence and anti-presence in created plot? Now, we can only get plot and extracted data but we don’t know how many percent is co-presence and anti-presence.

Did you try the Layout->Show Values menu item? This labels edges with the proportions.

Yes I have tried using layout > shows values. But this option can not shows the total percentage betwen total co-presence and total anti-presence
