I’ve just started using MEGAN to compare novel isolates to the PLaBAse mgPGPT-db. Mapping when meganizing the data file works well and the isolates taxonomic positions are accurately represented. However, I now want to look at the PGPT ontology and assigned reads. On the PLaBAse website, it says that ‘The current MEGAN version 6.23.4 comes along with the PGPT viewer’ but I cannot how to activate it, any advice would be hugely appreciated!
