PCoA plot visualization has poor graphics

Hello,

I have been using megan for the metagenomic analysis of my 16s data. The image of pcoA plot thatI retrieve from megan has very light graphics i.e. the axis lines are barely visible. Kindly help me with this issue because I cannot use such an image for my research paper.

An easy option is to export the image as a PDF and then use a tool like Illustrator to edit the lines etc.
But I have also added some menu items for choosing the color of the axes, bi-plot arrows and try-plot arrows
