Parsing and save huge number of CSV files?

Dear All,
successfully imported/meganized more than 500 CSV files (taxID, reads) but there is no “Save All” command. It is impossible to save such a quantity of files, unless the CLI version “CSV2MEGAN” tool mentioned in the previous topic becomes available.
