I watch some question and answer , I find some parameter not in my megan (version 6.12.3 installed by conda) ,like daa-meganizer -mdb option, my megan only have -mdf . Could you tell me where to find explan about version change? I am a rookie who can’t find his way.

The conda release of MEGAN usually lags behind and it is better (and straight-forward) to install MEGAN using an installer downloaded from here:
