Obtain reference sequences of the alignment

Dear all,

Which is the command that allow me to extract the references sequences (figure attached) and the number of reads using?

I am using megan 6, last version but for large amount of sequences I need to run it in the server but I can not find the command anywhere.

In interactive mode, you need to use File->Export -> Text…

On a server using the command line, please use the daa2info program to extract information from a meganized DAA file.
