None assignments of eggnog blast.m8 in megan6

Hi everybody! I am now writing this post beacuse I am confused the results of the eggnog function assignment. fitst, I blastp my amino acid sequence into eggnog database by diamond, and then import the blast.m8 file into the megan6, seting the parameters required, but found no assignments. I want to ask if any question about my eggnog database in version 4.0,or can anyone told me about how to do the eggnog function assignment with megan6 software!

Did you blast your sequences against the sequences in eggnog or against NCBI-nr? MEGAN mapping files for functional assignment map protein accessions from NCBI-nr to the corresponding functional classification (e.g. NCBI-nr accession to eggnog classes).
