Multiple definitions of short key: -p error

Hello,

I am trying to use the blast2rma tool (MEGAN 6.18.10) on Linux and I get the below error when running the command “blast2rma -h”.

Caught:
java.lang.RuntimeException: Internal error: multiple definitions of short key: -p
at jloda/jloda.swing.util.ArgsOptions.getOption(ArgsOptions.java:434)
at jloda/jloda.swing.util.ArgsOptions.getOption(ArgsOptions.java:317)
at megan/megan.tools.BLAST2RMA6.run(BLAST2RMA6.java:176)
at megan/megan.tools.BLAST2RMA6.main(BLAST2RMA6.java:68)

A similar error also appeared when running “daa2rma” and “sam2rma” tools. Any idea how to fix this?

Sorry, this is a bug. I have fixed it and will upload a new release today.
