Hello!
Is there a way to meganize *.daa files from diamond that were constructed by mapping to Uniref90 database?
When I tried:
daa-meganizer -i 29_query.daa -mdb megan-map-Jan2021.db
I got no hits. As far as my search went, there does not seem to be other *.db files available and other classification support functions are deprecated?
