My MEGAN6_15_2 windows version does not start properly. It always gets frozen as soon as the program is started and becomes not responding. The mouse cursor becomes the blue loading circle and I have to force the program to shut otherwise it will stay like that for hours.
I have tried to install MEGAN on several different windows computers and tried to uninstall and install several times. Still, the issue is not resolved. Could you please kindly suggest what I can do in order to successfully start MEGAN?
