Megan mapping file update

Hi, would it be possible to get an updated Megan-mapping files or adding a feature to create it locally?

I am also interested in this possibility.
At the moment I’m trying to update the megan-mapping file using make-acc2ncbi but this produces a map file, not the equivalent of the db.
