Hello! I am writing to you since I don’t know how to fix the issue. Not sure when, but a while ago (1 year) MEGAN stop working on my computer. In this time I updated Java and Megan several times. When I open Megan, the icons appear and the RAM is used (2.3G) but nothing happens. I left it opened for 1h, the RAM was used by Megan, still, nothing happened. Once some error report was written (not able to connect to ncbi.tree?), but now this error is not visible anymore, so I am not sure what is the problem.
Can you help me resolve the issue?
