Extracting reads only extracts the header and not the sequences. Bug present in at least V 6.21.7
I have looked into this. I can’t reproduce the problem. When you open the inspector window, do you see the read sequences in the Data nodes? If not, then this means that your file doesn’t contain the sequences.
