i have some trouble in facing megan
my megan unable to read the rank of the taxonomy level to family level. it merely able to read the domain. i’ve tried to uninstall and then install it again but it didn’t change…
what should i do to repair this problem cz i my analysis is in family level rank
Did you tried uncollapsing the whole tree (menu item Tree->Uncollapse All)
I have tried…
But it collapsed up to species level… But all i need is just up to the family… When i try to collapse up to family level, my megan can’t process it
