Mapping file not updated!

Hi, I am using Megan for taxonomical classification that have been analysed with blastn and blastx. The current mapping file for Megan that can be downloaded is from Oct. 2019, how can we get a current mapping file? I saw that Anne-Lie post the same question without receiving any answer at all in 11 days.

Should be available this week. Sorry for the delay… I have been bogged down with teaching…

A May 2020 mapping file is now available. I will post the next update in early July, and then plan to post 2-4 updates per year.
