Hi, I am trying to use MALT to build a reference index for my reference sequences, but by the end of the process, when it gets to build the taxonomy-mapping, it aborts. I get exactly this description:
Building Taxonomy-mapping...
10% 20% 30% 40% 50% 60% 70% 80% 90% 18
And nothing else, I am prompted back to the command line with no error messages, and the final files are not generated.
I thought it could be a memory related issue but it doesn’t seem to be the case, I tried many different memory setups. Also, the process runs fine with other sequences.
I appreciate any help.
