I recently installed v0.5.3 and downloaded all nt.*tar.gz files, the latest nt database from NCBI. I tried to run the below command to build index, but I have been getting exception error as below.
/redser4/projects/bsundara/bin/malt/malt-build -i ./nt.*.tar.gz -s DNA -d /redser4/projects/bsundara/refs/mega-malt-db -t 16 -mdb /redser4/projects/bsundara/refs/mega-malt-db/megan-nucl-Jan201.db
ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: Index -41 out of bounds for length 127
I would really appreciate any help to resolve the issue.
