I want to use the KEGG function of MEGAN6, but i can’t download the KEPP mapping files, it shows that Not Found, “The requested URL /data/software/megan6/download/acc2kegg-Jul2019X-ue.abin.zip was not found on this server.”
Is there any other address i can download?
Excuse me, i have another question about MEGAN5, because the KEGG mapping files of MEGAN5 can download, but my data could’t run in MEGAN5 (the data can run successfully in MEGAN6),
Could you tell me what’s the problem is? My data format problem or MEGAN5 will not work well (The built-in ref-to-KEGG mapping file is out-of date and will not work well)
