Hi Dan, I just wanted to check whether there would be any updates for KEGG or the others available soon? We just re-upped our MEGAN license, but noticed that the KEGG mapping file is from 2017.
I have produced new mapping files and updated the built in KEGG files, this will be available in a new release early next week (Monday)
