I was running the MEGAN-RMA-summary from Pacbio Metagenomics pipeline on CentOS7. And I encounted the following errors. Do you have any idea why this is happening!

I’m not sure what is causing this exception, however, I have added to code to deal will the exception and will create a new release later this week.

It caused by old input file that using old database. Problem is solved !
