I’m using MEGAN 6 to analyse some metagenomic data (meganized .daa files). Everything seems normal, except I can’t seem to get the attributes working. I can import a metadata file and everything seems fine in the sample viewer, but when I try and chart microbial attributes for example (or any other plot), the ‘attributes’ tab on the left is blank, and trying to plot an attribute correlation plot returns a blank chart. I’m sure there’s something basic I’m just missing about selecting the attributes or something similar but any help would be greatly appreciated.
