Installation problem

Hello,
I’d like to use the command line script daa-meganizer, but after the installation (sh MEGAN_Community_unix_6_18_3.sh) I can not find it. I do not have a tool folder. What am I missing?

I am running on: Linux marcoipsp 5.0.0-38-generic #41-Ubuntu SMP Tue Dec 3 00:27:35 UTC 2019 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux. Ubuntu 19.04

what directories does your megan installation directory contain?

Solved! There was a problem with permissions on my file system.
