Importing KEGG counts in csv file

Hi

I’m using the MEGAN6 ultimate edition (ver6.17.0).
then I’d like to import KEGG counts in csv file, like follows.
KO00001,1
KO00002,0
KO00016,0
KO00114,6
KO00121,2
KO00128,2
KO00134,5

but I’ve got the message as follows when importing it…
…
Importing summary of KEGG assignments from CSV file
Specified line format: classname,count{,count,count…}
Unrecognized name: KO00001
Unrecognized name: KO00002
…

I tried to use terms like “alcohol dehydrogenase” instead of KO IDs, but it was also not recognized.

What’s wrong?
an example CSV file for KEGG counts would be very helpful.

Dear Hiroko,

to get this to work, select the “Parse accession ids” item in the “Import CSV” dialog and then in the “setup Accession Parsing” dialog, click on “Use Id Parsing” and then in the “Input” dialog replace the default text by KO.
Or, alternatively, in your CSV file replace KO by kegg|
