Hi! I am new using MEGAN CE, but I think I have successfully generated rma files from daa files (from DIAMOND) using daa2rma. But when I tried to open the rma files in MEGAN it says my data has no taxonomic assignments nor for interpro2go.
I have used the ncbi taxonomic database and the interpro2go database. Does anybody know what the problem is?

as you run daa-meganizer you need to provide it with a mapping file so it can assign reads to taxonomy:
daa-meganizer -i your_daa -a2t prot_acc2tax-Nov2016X.abin
It worked! I was using the wrong file to map the reads… Thank you very much!
