How to import reads to an existing rma file lacking reads?

Hi,
I am using MEGAN within an analysis pipeline on our server. The analysis exports the MEGAN rma file and the reads (fasta), that were generated before and used for BLAST.

So now I’d like to further use MEGAN for manual inspection, but for this I’d have to import the original reads to the project.

Is this possible?
