Hello everyone,
I am trying to use Megan in ubuntu. I had downloaded the proper folder from Megan Download webpage and installed it using MEGAN_Ultimate_unix_6_23_2.sh. Now I don.t understand how to use it to visualize the rma file. How can I activate the GUI? or what commands can I use? Please help me out here. Thanks in advance !
