Hardware specs for smooth >100 samples MEGAN experience

Hi!

I’ve run into the issue where loading over a 100 samples (with reads) makes MEGAN really slow. I want to invest in a machine to run MEGAN smoothly with hundreds of samples. Which specs are most critical? RAM/GPUs/CPUs? Do they all need scaling up for smooth experience?

The main issue is RAM. 64G would be fantastic. And a sufficiently large SSD disk.
