Hi,
I am trying to compare two treatment groups with MEGAN. Megan allows me to compare individual samples but could not figure out how i can compare groups of samples. Is it possible to compare treatment groups in MEGAN? If not, is there any tool that allows me to import MEGAN export files and do group comparisons ?
