How can I extract (in tab format) functional information for all reads/contigs?
After having selected for example biological_process in InterPro2GO, I tried to extract all functional information for contigs belonging this category with file>export>CSV format but what i got it was a txt file containing only the name of node with total number of coatings…
Please select
interpro2goName_to_readName
as format.
If that format is not available, then this probably means that you are looking at a summary of comparison document, which does not contain read names.
