i am using RDP classified text files as input for taxonomic assignment and visualizing using megan, but the Escherichia_shigella even though a prominent taxa in my samples (Human gut) seem to be not displayed in the NCBI tree generated in MEGAN. how do i sort the problem, if i try altering the text file used to generate RMA6 files the resulting RMA6 files do not show any taxonomic assignment.
please help me out in rectifying the problem.
