Hello. I have the latest version of Megan (6.24.13).
I’m trying to import a .txt / .csv file made through the command line version of RDP Classifier.
If I do it via “Import From BLAST…” it gives me the error message “Error parsing file near line:” and then goes on to list most lines. If I do via “Import > Text (.csv format)”, it gives me this rapidly flowing, endless error message:
