I am trying to import the result of the RDP classifier 2.12 with my fasta sequence in the MEGAN6 and I am receiving only error messages related to java. The program is accusing several errors with parsing file causing an excess of errors followed by the message:
Error: Execute failed: java.io.IOException: Too many errors
Could you please help me with that?
