EMBL, or whatever course for metagenomics

Hello.
I am thinking of attending a practical training course, held preferablly in Europe in 2019.

I am interested in learning widely used platform such as MEGAN or bioconductor.

I found some advertisements for:
EMBO Practical Course: Microbial Metagenomics: A 360º Approach
EMBL Course: Introduction to Bioinformatics with R and Bioconductor

Any suggestions or recommendations would be appreciated.

I think that the EMBO practical course is very good, you will get exposed to a number of different approaches, including a section on MEGAN that I will teach.
