There are many repeats of this name for different COG number and different reads assigned
What does it mean?
Secondly, clicking on particular node and its alignment gives 29 reference sequences, after the accession no. what is written in numeric form is not clear I mean WP_01170625.1:: 131

Third, I want to know the sequence of protein to which reads have been mapped.
Please help at the earliest.
