I have used the program DIAMOND together with the eggNOG database.
When I tried to analyse the daa files from DIAMOND in MEGAN version 6.5.4 I obtained only no hits.
I tried including the “acc2eggnog-June2016X.abin” file or the “gi2eggnog-June2016X.bin” file and also tried it without them.
None of them provided any hits.
I remember that I didn’t had any problems with version 6.4.20. Unfortunately I did not keep version 6.4.20.
Would somebody have any idea whether this is a bug in verison 6.5.4.
Would really appreciate some help.
