Is that possible to download older versions of MEGAN6 (v6.8.13 specifically)? I tried “wget http://ab.inf.uni-tuebingen.de/data/software/megan6/download/MEGAN_Community_unix_6_8_13.sh” and it seems that version had been removed.

Not really… We are in the mid of a project so we want to make sure the software version is consistent.
definitely a good idea not switch software versions (or anything versions) mid-project
