We have a resource that should be close to what you’re looking for, though it still references MEGAN6. If you replace MEGAN6 with MEGAN7 in these instructions, they should be good to go. Here are the links to the tutorials and references:

Thanks Anupam. Just one more question. The Huson Lab tutorial download obviously has a MEGAN6 mapping file. Should I download the new MEGAN7 mapping file (I’m assuming this one? (https://software-ab.cs.uni-tuebingen.de/download/megan7/megan-nr-r1.zip)) and run the tutorial using this mapping file?

Yes, please use the MEGAN7 mapping. Just ensure that you are mindful of which files belong to the Community Edition and which to the Ultimate Edition.
