I’m a new user of MEGAN. There are many options in daa2rma and blast2rma that I don’t understand such as “–maxExpected”, “–topPercent”. And I can only find a brief description about them through the “–help” option. I wonder if there is any detailed description about them? It will be better to have a manual document.
