I am involved in animal diet study. I generate PCR products using barcode primers against fecal DNA (Animal). We sent this PCR products for NGS to analyze the food web of this particular animal.
We are on Genious platform. Raw sequences were denovo assembled in Genious, blast search at Genious, and now I am trying to analyze blast results at MEGAN to create pie chart/ bar graph to visualize what this animal are eating by taxa etc… However, I have a problem transporting my blast results (8000 results) to Megan to analyze… I am not sure which format MEGAN can take from Genious. I saved csv file at Genious however Megan was not able to take this file from genious.
Any help would be appreciated… thank you!
