I have a comment about exactly the same issue, but since that has gone uncommented for a while and this is important to us, I want to remind.
I asked for exports of hierarchies using daa2info and got taxonomical hierarchy exports implemented. Very useful, thank you.
However, we’re equally, if not more since this information is more difficult to find elsewhere, interested in export of functional hierarchies in particular for SEED.
As the export from the GUI is difficult to automate and takes a lot of time and resources, I would appreciate this feature very much.
